Only Admin-level users can acquire and assign phone numbers.

Tips

Each person’s profile needs its own individual tracking number in order to send and receive text messages or calls. Whenever you add a new user, make it a habit to also set up their phone number.

A2P Registration

Open the A2P Form ↗

U.S. senders must register their messaging campaigns under A2P 10DLC. Submit this form when you set up your first phone number.
