Pay-as-you-go rates for phone, text, email, and workflow AI. Top up any time, or enable auto-recharge so you never hit a wall mid-conversation.
Add credit to your balance any time. Every text, email, call, and AI step draws from the same pool — no separate bills per channel.
Set the threshold and the top-up amount yourself — e.g. when the balance dips below $10, recharge $25. No outages, no scrambles.
Prefer to top up yourself? Turn auto-recharge off and add credit on your schedule. You stay in control either way.
You only pay for what actually moves — connected minutes and delivered SMS segments.
| Service | Rate | What that buys you |
|---|---|---|
$0.028per minute | ~355 minutes per $10 | |
$0.017per minute | ~590 minutes per $10 | |
$0.0158per segment | ~635 segments per $10 |
What is an SMS segment? A segment is up to 160 characters using GSM-7 encoding. Messages longer than 160 characters are split into 153-character parts, and each part counts as one segment.
One flat per-message rate. Newsletters, drip sequences, and one-to-one replies all count the same.
| Service | Rate | What that buys you |
|---|---|---|
$0.0014per email | ~7,140 emails per $10 |
A2P 10DLC registration is required by the carriers — here is what to expect.
When a workflow uses an AI step — generating a reply, classifying intent, drafting an email — you pay for what the model reads and writes. Same pay-as-you-go model as the channels above.
| Service | Rate | What that buys you |
|---|---|---|
$1.20per 750,000 words | ~6,250,000 words per $10 | |
$4.80per 750,000 words | ~1,562,500 words per $10 |
Input vs. output. Input is what the AI reads — your prompt, the conversation history, any documents you hand it. Output is what the AI writes back. Output is more expensive because it's the work the model is actually doing.
Rates may differ depending on the LLM selected and tokens consumed. Calculations above are based on OpenAI GPT-4.1 rates for 6,500 tokens consumed.
That's a separate, fully-managed service ($99/mo). The rates above are for AI used inside your own workflows.
See the platform end-to-end on a 15-minute call — we'll show you the channels you actually need and skip the ones you don't.
