Bulk-upload template
Open the LeadStrive bulk-import template⚠️ Make a copy to your own Google Drive (File > Make a copy) so you can edit your own version.

Hover over the ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT > cell in the template to read more about how each column works.
Step 2
By default, these columns are meant to match Custom Fields that already exist on your LeadStrive account. If you need more columns in your upload, create those Custom Fields first (Settings > Custom Fields) before uploading — without existing Custom Fields, you won’t be able to select where to match the data from those columns.
Technical rules within LeadStrive for bulk uploads:
- Contacts are identified and linked by email or phone.
- CSV file format preferred.
- Uploading a contact with an existing email address on your LeadStrive account, then uploading the same contact again (perhaps from a different list) with the same email, will update any other contact fields that differ from the first time.
