Setting up conflict calendars

  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select all calendars you want LeadStrive to check:

    • Family calendar
  5. Click Save.

Why this matters

When you set up conflict calendars:

Adding buffer times

To add space between meetings:

  1. Go to your calendar settings.
  2. Click Edit on the calendar you want to change.
  3. Look for Availability settings.

    • Post-buffer: time needed after meetings
  5. Save your changes.

Testing your settings

  1. Go to your booking page.
  2. Check that busy times are blocked off.
  3. Verify that buffer times work:
    • Times right before events should be blocked.
    • Times right after events should be blocked.
  4. Refresh the page to see all changes.

What your calendar will do

After setup:
