This error likely came up when you’re trying to add a new user and entering their phone number into the User Info field.
Cause
There is no Country Code set up, and the system cannot populate your region when adding phone numbers.
Resolution
- Go to Settings > Business Info.
- On the right under Company Address, make sure you have at least chosen United States as your Country, then click Update Address. This lets phone number fields populate the country code when typing.
- Refresh the webpage.
✅ Now you should be good to go — try adding the phone number again.
