Connecting a Calendar to your Profile

Connecting your calendar lets LeadStrive see when you’re busy and only book new appointments on the slots you actually have free. It’s the single most important piece of setup for anyone who takes calls or meetings.

✅ Setting Up

  1. Log into app.leadstrive.com with your credentials.
  2. Go to Settings > My Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the Calendar Settings at the bottom of this screen. You’ll find the Connected Calendar section there.
  4. Click the + Add New button.
  1. On the pop-up, pick Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or iCloud Calendar depending on which you’d like to sync.
  1. Depending on the calendar type, you’ll be taken through the integration steps for that provider. Sign in and Allow access.

✅ Configuring Access

Once your calendar account is connected (Google / Outlook / iCloud), you can configure which calendars on that account you want to sync with LeadStrive’s booking calendars.

Linked Calendar

Under Calendar Configuration, click the Edit button next to Linked Calendar to define which calendar LeadStrive bookings should post to.

Conflict Calendars

Under Conflict Calendars, click Edit to choose which calendars LeadStrive should cross-reference before showing availability on a live page. This is what prevents anyone from booking during a time slot where you’re already busy.

💡Tip: for the smoothest experience, schedule extended busy days — work trips, vacations, sick days — directly into your work calendar (Google/Outlook/iCloud). Those events automatically sync to LeadStrive and block bookings on those days. Embrace the convenience of a digital business!
